Sweet Confections Cakes is thrilled to announce our very first Cake and Cocktails class, a groundbreaking experience in this area, launching on Mother’s Day!

 

We are so excited for our very first Cake and Cocktails Event, “The Sweetest Canvas,” on Mother's Day for a magnificent afternoon at Sweet Confections Cakes, enjoying an exciting Cake, Cocktails, and Brunch.  A fun cake decorating experience, brought to you by Sweet Confections Cakes & The Event Suite at Sweet Confections! Unleash your inner cake designer skills during this event 2.5 hour session Celebrating Women the Mother's Day on on Sunday, May 11th, 2025 at 1:30 PM

Meet the Host
Join Celebrity Cake Artist Darmayne (Dar-MAIN), owner of Sweet Confections Cakes, Inc. & The Event Suite at Sweet Confections, Competitor on Food Network’s Halloween Wars, Netflix Sugar Rush, Food Network Canada – The Big Bake! Darmayne was born and raised in Harrisburg, a Military Veteran, married to Willard A. Robertson, Jr. (a Retired Military Veteran). Darmayne has been creating sweet treats, cakes, and cookies since childhood. Later in life, she came back to her passion and began creating custom treats out of her home, long before moving into a storefront.

These hands-on sessions are designed for anyone eager to learn the art of cake decorating in a warm, social atmosphere.

In our beginner Cake & Cocktails class, you can connect with a vibrant community while decorating cakes step-by-step with our celebrity hosts and expert guidance. You will create the now-trending Cake Picture frame Art for Mother's Day.  This class is great for beginners it allows you to show off your artistic abilities on “cake canvas.”

Take home your stunning creations, and let each event's unique theme spark your imagination. It's the perfect way to celebrate birthdays, date nights, or simply enjoy a memorable outing with friends.

 

Not only will you get a cake decorating tutorial, but we will also have a luxe brunch buffet and bottomless champagne and cocktails! These events are perfect for birthdays, bridal showers, team-building events, or just a cozy gathering with close friends. Our private parties provide a personalized touch, allowing you to choose from three different packages tailored to fit your group’s needs.
